Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.cedarrowrentals.com website and is operated by Cedar Row Property Management LLC ("us", "we", or "our").


Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.


By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY: Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

 

Message frequency will be replies to your specific messages and may include information to set up rental showings, confirm appointments, let current tenants know about maintenance work in their unit or building, provide emergency information such as no heat or water shut offs, notify of showings scheduled and times etc.) Opt-in applies to texts from Cedar Row Property Management LLC, not any third parties (we don't share customer information). Message and data rates may apply. Opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.

 

Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

 

Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP to Abby@CedarRowRentals.com or 320-298-1148 After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed, and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

 

You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email, and website. We are here to help you.

Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form, email or rental agreement.

Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending information related to rental showings, confirm appointments, let current tenants know about maintenance work in their unit or building, provide emergency information such as no heat or water shut offs, notify of showings scheduled and times Etc. 


Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.


Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

Limitation of liability: Handbook- Minn.Statute 504B.181m subd.2(b) (2004) requires landlords to notify residents that “Landlord and Tenants: Rights and Responsibilities” handbook is available to them. www.ag.state.mn.us


Rules of conduct: LESSOR AND LESSEE PROMISE:

I. That if said house/apartment/room is totally destroyed or rendered wholly untenantable by fire or other casualty, without fault or negligence of lessor, or his assigns, thistenancy shall terminate as of the date of destruction and a proportion of the prepaid rent shall be refunded to lessees.

II. In such event, any advance rental payments and security/damage deposit may be retained by the lessor to be applied toward damages for lessees default, although liability is in no way limited by rent or deposit.

III. Lessee agrees to give a full 30-day/1 month notice prior to move-out at the end of their lease. If lease is a on a month-to-month agreement, lessee agrees to give 60-days-notice unless otherwise stated.



User restrictions: Failure of lessor, or his assigns, to enforce any part of this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of entire lease. Nor shall any partial payment of rent be deemed a waiver of lessor's right to collect the full amount.



We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
